Purchases & Refund Policy

All purchases made through SoTrue are business purchases and are intended for use in connection with your business, professional work, or commercial activities.

Because our services and digital products involve immediate access, reserved capacity, intellectual property, strategy, planning, software access, or work that may begin shortly after purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or specifically stated in a written agreement with SoTrue.

This applies to purchases including, but not limited to, done-for-you services, memberships, apps, digital products, courses, templates, consulting, coaching, and other products or services offered by SoTrue.

Please review all product or service details carefully before purchasing. If you have questions about what is included, whether something is right for you, billing terms, cancellation, or access, we encourage you to ask before completing your purchase.

Ouvi subscriptions

Ouvi subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled before the next renewal date. Depending on the subscription you select, your billing period may be monthly or annual.

You may cancel your Ouvi subscription at any time. Canceling stops future renewals but does not refund payments already made.

After cancellation, you will continue to have access to Ouvi through the end of the billing period you have already paid for. For example, if you cancel an annual subscription before the end of your paid year, you will retain access through the end of that annual term, but the unused portion will not be refunded.

Agency and custom services

Agency, consulting, production, or other custom services may be governed by a separate signed client agreement.

Where a signed agreement exists, the cancellation, payment, refund, termination, and other applicable terms in that agreement will control.
