By purchasing any product, program, membership, or service from SoTrue, LLC (DBA SoTrue & SoTrue Media) (“Company”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These Terms apply to all purchases made through the SoTrue checkout/cart, unless otherwise covered by a separate written agreement.

1. No Refund Policy

All sales are final. SoTrue does not offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to lack of use, change of mind, or financial circumstances. By completing your purchase, you accept this no-refund policy in full.

2. Lifetime Payment Definition

If you purchase any product, program, or service described as a “lifetime” offer, the term “lifetime” refers to the lifetime of the program itself, not your lifetime. You are guaranteed access for a minimum of 12 months from your purchase date. After that period, access will remain available for as long as SoTrue offers the program. Should the program be discontinued after the guaranteed period, your access will end at that time.

3. Memberships (Monthly or Quarterly)

- You may cancel your membership at any time by following the cancellation instructions provided in your account or by contacting support. support @ sotruemedia.com

- Cancellations must be made at least one (1) day before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the next period.

- If you are billed because you did not cancel at least one (1) day prior to your billing date, no refund will be granted for that payment. You will retain access to membership benefits until the end of the newly billed period.

- There are no exceptions to this policy for any reason.

4. Management & Coaching/Consulting Clients with Contracts

If you are a management, coaching or consulting client with a signed contract, the terms outlined in your contract take precedence over these Terms & Conditions for payment, cancellation, and service delivery. These Terms apply only to purchases made through the SoTrue checkout/cart and do not override contractual agreements.

5. Access & Delivery

-Upon successful payment, you will receive access instructions via the email address provided at checkout.

- You are responsible for ensuring that your email address is correct and that you have adequate internet access to use the product, program, or membership.

- SoTrue is not responsible for delays or inability to access products, programs, or services caused by technical issues outside our control.

6. Non-Transferability

Access to any SoTrue product, program, or service is for the purchaser only and may not be shared, transferred, or resold without prior written permission from SoTrue.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and resources provided by SoTrue are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, share, or resell any materials without prior written permission from SoTrue.

8. Results & Earnings Disclaimer

- SoTrue makes no guarantees about your ability to achieve results or earn income from your participation in any product, program, membership, or service. Your success depends on your own effort, skills, and commitment.

- Testimonials, case studies, and examples presented by SoTrue are for illustrative purposes only. They are not a promise or guarantee of results and should not be understood as typical, average, or expected outcomes.

9. Termination for Misuse or Non-Payment

SoTrue reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access without refund if you:

- Violate these Terms & Conditions,

- Infringe on intellectual property rights,

- Engage in behavior that disrupts the experience of other participants, or

- Fail to make timely payments for any installment plan or service.

10. Payment Defaults for Services

If any payment is declined or missed, SoTrue reserves the right to suspend access to the product, program, or service until payment is made in full. Unresolved non-payment may result in termination of services.

11. Modification of Terms

SoTrue reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting to our website or checkout page.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Texas for the resolution of any disputes.
