What You’re Getting

SoTrue will provide:

• Two (2) private 2-hour strategy sessions (4 hours total)

• Done-for-you podcast research, pitching, and outreach

• Done-for-you booking support to help you secure guest spots

• 90 days of private Telegram support

The Results We’re Working Toward:

SoTrue guarantees ten (10) confirmed podcast interview opportunities. A confirmed opportunity means the podcast has invited the client to move forward through its booking process, which may include one or more of the following depending on the show:

• an invitation to apply (and acceptance)

• an invitation to complete a pre-interview / producer screening

• an invitation to select a recording time

• a confirmed recording date

Because scheduling is ultimately controlled by the podcast and the client’s availability, SoTrue cannot guarantee recording dates, air dates, or post-interview deliverables. If ten (10) confirmed interview opportunities are not secured within the 90-day service period, SoTrue will continue pitching at no additional cost until ten (10) are secured.

How Scheduling Works:

• You will book your own interviews whenever a podcast provides a scheduling link or booking system.

• If a podcast does not provide a booking link, SoTrue will assist with coordination by communicating with the host/team to finalize scheduling.

• Final scheduling decisions (and attendance) remain the client’s responsibility.

What We Need From You:

To keep results moving quickly, you agree to:

• Schedule and attend both strategy sessions within 30 days of purchase

• Respond to time-sensitive requests within 48 hours

• Book interview times promptly once opportunities are available

• Communicate blackout dates and scheduling constraints in advance

• Maintain reasonable availability to record interviews as they are confirmed

Important Notes About Podcasts:

Every podcast is different. SoTrue does not control:

• how quickly hosts respond

• whether a show requires applications, pre-sessions, or approval steps

• recording formats, timelines, or processes

• episode release timing

• whether a podcast provides post-interview assets (video files, clips, social graphics, raw recordings, etc.)

What’s Not Included:

This service does not include:

• Interview coaching or prep beyond what is covered during your strategy sessions (available as an add-on)

• Rescheduling or cancelling interviews on your behalf

• Guarantees regarding when episodes will air

• Guarantees of business outcomes from interviews (leads, sales, speaking invitations, etc.)

• Total investment: $3,500 USD

Refund Policy:

Because this is a high-touch, done-for-you service, all sales are final and non-refundable.

Intellectual Property:

All strategies, frameworks, and materials shared remain the property of SoTrue LLC and may not be copied, resold, redistributed, or taught without written permission.

Limitation of Liability:

SoTrue LLC is not responsible for your results from podcast appearances, including leads, sales, visibility, content assets, or any other outcomes.

Once SoTrue has completed the outreach and coordination required to secure interview opportunities, SoTrue has no liability for delays, scheduling changes, cancellations, host decisions, or show-related outcomes beyond our control.
